Costs: €465,- (ex VAT)

*It is a legal requirement that every guest is registered with the police.

Ready to rent

Renting out your home requires some preparation. We will prepare everything for you so that you can get started quickly.
  1. Professional photos
  2. Welcome book
  3. Setting up an Airbnb account, including all texts and photos
  4. Installation of a key safe, including purchase of the key safe
  5. Instruction manual for cleaners.
  6. A custom-made inventory list that is tailored to your wishes, including bed linen, dishes and towels.
Costs: € 375,- (ex VAT)

Optional services (at an additional cost): First cleaning + first wash of the bed linen.Replacement of lock.

Complete rental service

Do you want to rent out your property without having to worry about it at all? Filk Estates can take care of everything for you!

  1. Guest check-ins and check-outs
  2. Property cleaning Repairs if necessary (additional charges may apply)
  3. All communication with guests is handled by us
  4. Any communication with the Homeowners Association and neighbours is managed through us
  5. Administration: We also take care of the full bookkeeping for your Spanish accountant, so that your financial details are always up to date and accurate.


For our services we charge 20% of the gross rental amount, excluding VAT and excluding laundry and cleaning costs.
